On this date I sent yet another message to U.S. Homeland Security to see what kind of response it would generate. Is anybody ethical or responsible Home, even in the wake of 911? Because I sent many such communications to U.S. officials over the last four decades, they can hardly claim ignorance of the situation. The following is the bulk of that message, with only a line or two left out from the end which were not suitable for publishing over the Internet. It bluntly describes the problem in concise form. The goal of perps is nothing less than takeover and enslavement of the rest of human society. First is the message I tried to send, until I found out I had to reduce size to conform with requirements of the Homeland Security tip site. It is followed by the abbreviated version which actually got sent:
There are criminal gangs operating in the Maple Heights, Ohio area (a suburb of Cleveland) who are using (what are probably, I have surmised from what I have been able to gather) microwave voice-to-skull weapons which are capable of mind and brain control. They could be using other types of radiation in their transmissions, possibly even the ionizing kind. They can influence various other biological functions with these weapons (heart, gut, etc.). I have been under attack incredibly since 1973, have informed numerous authorities of this, and still nothing is ever done to conclusively end their activity. An army of persons is holding me virtual prisoner with the technology, subjecting me to around the clock harassment. I have been raped with the directed beams, tortured extensively with the technology, and a normal human life is made impossible. Perpetrators have attempted to drive me insane with it. They have a long distance telemetric tracking capability. Such is the state of their current communications network that there is evidence I have been tracked to both New York City and California (opposite ends of the country), based on their knowledge of what I did in those places. These persons are maximally dangerous armed terrorists infiltrating the United States. They are armed with electronic radiation transmitters and can operate anonymously from a distance. They are operating in large groups. They surveil me in my home (and anywhere else I go for that matter) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accompanying the surveillance with intermittent torture which they use to break victims down. They are especially interested in methods of torture for this purpose. I was captured by them when I was 23 years old. At that time they were picking up women (and some boys) for sexual abuse and for use as slaves to target practice and train on with their armies. I am now 62 and still they are hounding me with various forms of abuse as aggressively as ever. It is obvious there is a news media blackout on the existence of this weaponry for security reasons. This prevents an adequate defense from being mounted against the proliferation of these weapons in the hands of armed terrorists. From their transmitted speech and behavior I have evidence they have used their capabilities to run forced prostitution and other forms of human trafficking and extortion. They often root noisily at their victims in organized groups in such a way that suggests they must be on drugs, which they are probably trafficking as well. I believe they are camouflaging themselves as ordinary private citizens in private homes out of which they operate, although I cannot ascertain exactly how this technology functions. There is some possibility also of satellite or other relays. Palpable beams can be felt by a target (like myself) coming from a variety of directions, most of which seem horizontal (ground-based). The beams can be felt, creating a mild tingling sensation on the skin. I can extend my hand into them and determine directionality, which varies. Aimed at the victim's head, they cause tissue swelling and a perpetual breathing disorder and nasal blockage. Among devised tortures, one simulates a painful blow to the head with instant asphyxiation. Perps are particularly active weekends and evenings. They are cult-like pseudo religionists. Privately, they brag about their amorality and subscribe to a Hitler-like philosophy. My life is quite horrible from them. Many of their victims must have been suicides. Please help stop them....
