According to the controlled media, the worst threat Americans face as far as privacy invasion is concerned, is the tapping of their cell phones. Thank you Mr. Snowden! You have them duly alarmed. What if they knew the thoughts inside their skulls could potentially not only be monitored, but actually controlled--including their so-called free speech? This massive coverup must be viewed with some humor by insiders.
Let's call the public blissfully ignorant. The code of secrecy about these facts is partly maintained by assassination/harassment squads, who can act anonymously and untraceably from a distance, against the more dangerous whistleblowers who insist on unveiling dangerous truths. Also, many of the experimental targets who were approached were mentally handicapped to the extent that they posed no threat even if they did put up any kind of resistance or fuss--easily manipulated by the scientific elite who had access to the technology. The bullying of the latter constituted a very cruel holocaust. The common man really didn't have much defense either, as far as that goes. Usually fairly easily dismissed as delusional if he'd had an encounter and tried to complain.

One of the more recent cases (casualties) to surface in the news (only to be ridiculed by most) was that of Aaron Alexis, who shot up 12 people in a Navy yard with a weapon he had facetiously branded as "My ELF" before authorities were able to gun him down, as detailed in this September 17, 2013, ABC news report:

Chilling details in a police report made public today suggest that Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis may have been losing touch with reality just weeks before he went on a shooting rampage in Washington, D.C.

Alexis called police in Newport, R.I., on Aug. 7 after he switched hotels three times because he heard voices in the walls and ceilings talking to him, trying to keep him awake, and he wanted to file a harassment report, according to police documents.

Alexis told police that he heard voices that he feared were "sending vibrations through his body" and were out to harm him, noting that he had gotten into an argument on a plane to Rhode Island and he was convinced the person he argued with had sent three people to follow him.

Alexis "stated that the individuals are using 'some sort of microwave machine' to send vibrations through the ceiling, penetrating his body so he cannot fall asleep," officers wrote in the police report.

Police questioned Alexis about whether he had any prior mental issues or episodes and any family history of mental illness, but Alexis said he did not. They then notified the Navy police and faxed a copy of the report to the Navy about Alexis's complaints.

The episode showed a disturbed Alexis battling mental issues just weeks before he went to the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C., and opened fire on workers there, killing 12 individuals Monday morning.

Alexis, 34, was killed when police rushed to the scene and exchanged gunfire with him.

Reminds me a little of the early days of my own victimization. Days after it began I moved out of my house into a cheap hotel in Cleveland hoping to escape torments. I consumed a whole bottle of vodka, hoping the experience would go away. That was before my aborted attempt to flee to New York....  Testosterone driven males are apt to react with violence if this sort of thing is pulled on them, often with devastating consequences.

How Long Has This Technology Been in Existence?

I wonder if there will be an attempt to rewrite history, as there was in Orwell's "1984," particularly as to dates and attribution of this technology (not new, but rigorously hidden from public view). I know for fact from my own direct personal experience that the synthetic telepathy was fully developed by 1973 (the year of my initial contact with it). I have personal journals and correspondences pertaining to it from that date. I have seen attempts to attribute it to more recent sources (even twenty or more years after the fact), representing it as a more recent development. I used to see in the local public libraries all the time the book "Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain," by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder, first published in 1970, indicating that something analogous to the space race was already in progress as early as 1967 (or earlier). It went through several editions. I own and have read the 1971 edition and recommend it. I found out recently that this book was no longer available on most local library shelves. Communications networks for the deployment of this technology have been evolving since at least the dates I have indicated, or longer.

Wolf Messing was an interesting character alluded to in that book. He had both Hitler and Stalin musing seriously about the potentials of parapsychology (and perhaps devoting resources to its development). I wonder if his suppressed autobiography was ever recovered.

Many of the people who have been victimized with this technology who believe they have been subjects of "experiments" are in fact fairly random targets of criminal elements whose primary aim is to destroy any kind of  accountable legitimate government and substitute instead totalitarian despotism along the lines of  a Hitler or Mussolini, who are admired by many perpetrators. Or, alternately, attempts at callous elimination of whistleblowers who might create a ripple in their plans through opposition. They do prefer targets without obvious defenses for their target practice. They are seeking to destabilize American society with deliberate disruption so they can acquire influence. The cold war did not actually go away, it just went underground. Some of these attackers are urban guerilla units run by enemies of the people of the United States who seek the destruction of  our society as we know it. The only experimental aim these perpetrators have is the development of methods of torture and control so powerful they will be impossible for anybody to resist--in short, the enslavement of the human race for the purpose of  exploitation--not general knowledge acquisition or any benevolent advancement of science. A major emphasis has been to dehumanize people into mechanized robots who mindlessly obey the bidding of their captors--by breaking them down with torture. This is why it is important for the American public and all those here and abroad who support a free society with respect for the individual and his rights to wake up and take defensive action, rather than deny the existence of the technology and hide their heads in the sand, pretending it doesn't exist. The enemies of human freedom never sleep, they work diligently day and night to encroach against basic human rights.

People are unaware of this antagonistic presence among them, watching their every move in the innermost recesses of their lives, ready to swing into belligerent response if it suits the purposes of the network. Going beyond Orwell's imaginings, the few cubic centimeters inside the skull are not inviolate. People who don't believe they could be of interest to anyone become targets due to ease of trespass.

The basis of a resistance is an understanding of the technology to acquire methods of detection of the activity which it promotes, to pinpoint and trace those who are responsible for this subversion of the rule of laws enacted by the people for their safety and protection, in order to bring the perpetrators to justice. As dangerous as this technology is, public awareness is the only solution.  We are not being adequately protected by those entrusted with public safety operating in secret. This is very clear from the continuation of abuses over a very long period of time.


I didn't comment much at the time because I didn't want to seem unduly paranoid, but it is funny how I mentioned in my December 13, 2012, blog post that implants for tracking people with this technology may have been miniaturized (according to some reports) to the point at which they might be injectable during routine flu shots. Within literally days after this post, news media started to blitz the public with announcements of a claimed flu pandemic (on every TV channel and news report), and campaigns were run extensively encouraging people to get their flu shots. I couldn't fail personally to note the irony of this. It was almost like testing limits or poking fun from someone behind the scenes. How easy would it be for a despot to dupe people into getting implanted with their chips by manufacturing a disease scare through a controlled news media and organizing a massive innoculation program? Or worse yet, preface this with actual biowarfare (release of biological agents)? One communicant commented to me that it would be analogous to the Nazis getting people to take their showers in the concentration camps during World War II, lured on a false premise. Easily transformable into a program for mass subjugation.

Talking about alertness on the part of our public officials, those entrusted with oversight and action, witness this reaction from local U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D. Ohio). Of course, I'm sure this compliance with the Plan safeguards re-election. Look how Rep. Dennis Kucinich chose to try to speak out, then there was an attempt to redistrict him out of business:

Foundations of Reality

The whole illusion of gentility and freedom relies on life long programming of this image and repetition of mantras, pledges, imagery, and anthems. Asking someone to imagine an alternate government system that was in place that is exactly the opposite to what people have experienced their entire lives, is like asking someone to suddenly believe in another God. Their entire belief system and foundation of reality must be changed to accommodate the new model. Most are unwilling and incapable of this kind of reality shift without a direct demonstration. Most targets will find it futile to awaken others and be viewed as crazy if they try. This is how the system of controls is maintained and drastically important information for the people is suppressed.

A personal reflection:
In order to be successful, any kind of a coup d'etat would have to be kept secret from not only the public, but most segments of the government itself, with information highly compartmentalized, or there will be a reaction.

Conspiracy Theory Episode

Season 3 episode 7 of Jesse Ventura's television series "Conspiracy Theory" entitled Brain Invaders addresses the problems of TI's, individuals targeted with psychotronic weapons, within the United States. Ventura has unearthed interesting information and conducted useful interviews. People (such as Harlan Girard and myself) are usually clueless as to why they have become targeted and speculate on hypotheses of various sorts which are probably inaccurate. I think persons who play with this technology have to have targets in order to utilize it, and since they are not regulated by law enforcement there is no reason for some psychopaths to limit their abuses.

Food for Thought

There was hardly any time in the course of U.S. history when the United States has not been at war with somebody--be it the Soviets, the Koreans, the Vietnamese, Iraqis, Afghans.... There is usually some active military arena in which to deploy weapons. Hence, we have enemies, both foreign and domestic (including internal dissident political groups). There is little to prevent enemies of this sort from engaging in disinformation as agents provocateur. They could even be committing some of the excesses and blaming it on U.S. forces. It is not realistic to expect this not to occur. The problem I have with this concept as to where the blame might lie if it is true is: Why are the perps (mine in particular) able to continue unabated for so long, without apprehension or disruption by our own government, despite perpetual complaints by victims. Perhaps the simplest route is taken--eliminating the bearer of bad tidings, the TI who complains, although this might not solve the root problem.

Furthermore, a certain amount of clinical trial (experimentation) undoubtedly actually occurred, without the victims' knowledge or consent, just because the anonymity possible (ability to act invisibly over a distance) makes it easy to circumvent  all  legal requirements for human experimentation.

At the same time, I would not like to provide a cop out, or plausible denial, for persons who are genuinely guilty of heinous crimes.

One interesting development which was mentioned was the Medusa Ray Gun, which is an acknowledged V2K weapon (capable of utilizing the microwave hearing effect). This organization for political action is heartening and took a lot of effort on the part of participants. However, the apparent subsequent  discontinuation of investigation into complaints is disturbing, as evidenced by the following reply to a TI letter of inquiry (which I stumbled across on the Internet):

A few weeks later I report that tipping off Homeland Security does not seem to have resulted in any significant resolution of the problem. In fact, I was assaulted just last night by some rabid stalkers who attempted to drive me up the wall with a massive attack. However, I began to be able to breath through my nose again--something I have not been able to do nearly all year because of assailants trying to focus beams on my nasal sinus. They would deliberately limit my ability to breath free to intimidate me out of what seems to be sheer sadism. They would also deliver stinging sensations with hot beams. Survival continues to be an ordeal. When I finally fell asleep last night I had an alien dream of being enrolled in some kind of military school in which I was tasked with absorbing the content of what  seemed to be intelligence manuals. I may have been having a joint dream with a recent communicant, because the content was simply not derived from any personal experience of mine.

I get some relief by surfing the Internet to gather testimony from other targeted individuals. This can be a very isolating and frightening experience, one which lifts you out of the stream of normal existence. Others have undergone the same thing. Some of the links I found to hit the nail on the head regarding the nature of the experience. I decided to collect together some of the more interesting links to Internet sites that ring accurate and true and seem to match my own experience in the various details. The ability to communicate under these circumstances is drastically impaired. The brain is partly incapacitated. Some have still managed by some fluke to describe what is happening to them.

Some of the secret police research we have had here in America is evidently mirrored in the country of Sweden, where quite a few reports of victimization have surfaced. (Is it "research", or is it more justly characterized as "operational" now?) The time frame for victimization of  Swedish TI Robert Naeslund sort of parallels the time frames of my own victimization. This Swede used to post in the old Mind Control Forum and reported turning up various brain implants. Although CAT scans I had done in the 1980's purportedly turned up no implants according to the radiologists I went to (in Beachwood, Ohio near Cleveland), one of the radiologists who did my scans (Dr. Ronald Ross) later made the Cleveland Plain Dealer as being involved in a plane crash, which he survived, enroute to Elmhurst, New York, of all places. What a coincidence. Now Elmhurst, New York, was one of the places I was kidnapped to in the very early stages of my dilemma when I tried to escape to New York City. What if he was not meant to survive that crash, for some reason?   What if the results of my scans were somehow falsified?

I wish to stress that I have not to date uncovered any evidence that implants are necessary and were not uncovered in my case by medical examination. If they are not necessary, the phenomenon is even more frightening because of its then universal applicability.

Maybe Reagan was eventually done in by his own cupidity--some type of brain blasting (speculation only). I am often stumped as to the directional source of the beams I experience. I would like to pay some homage to the net presence of Eleanor White, who did enormous amounts of work to comfort us TI's and offer advice. I miss her old website. She fielded so many bizarre stories with understanding and dignity and soothed our tortured souls and assuaged our grief for our lost selves. She still moderates a Yahoo newsgroup called mcforums where information about the predicament of being a TI is traded. If it cannot save us from annihilation, at least it is therapeutic.
