A note about the psychosocial profiles of the persons by whom I have been assaulted personally: They are coarse personalities and have sometimes claimed gang affiliations. I have reason to believe they have been involved in various illegal traffickings conventionally associated with organized crime. So this technology is falling into the hands of persons with the character of rough street elements, as difficult as that is to believe. Whether or not there is any dark alliance (a la Gary Webb) with government types may be open to conjecture. I do keep wondering why they are invulnerable to arrest no matter how much I may complain about their activity over a period of thirty plus years, through all kinds of channels. I kept a loose journal of their activity which commenced toward me in October, 1973, a couple of days before Halloween (an apt holiday for the commencement of paranormal activity). I was 23 years old at that time and was told by them (via the communication) that I was older than most of their victims. There is some evidence of involvement with another family member considerably prior to that by several years, from the time he was a minor teenager. They tend to prefer as victims (from the number of reports) gentle females and subject them to brutal, unending, sometimes fatal, torture. They used to brag about their amorality and were also confessed racketeers. Towards the end of the last century some of them were professed Satanists. They seem periodically to be engaged in military type attack drills (with the victim serving as the hapless target) and training toward some military objective. They often accompany physical assault with the energy with an audio barrage (energetic rhythmic rooting to provoke anxiety and distress). At times it felt like my home was ground zero, in the past--very specific to target, and apparently not detectable by those outside. Needless to say, they do not need to be armed with weapons like these which grant them free access to other people's homes and persons, without traceability.

I was taken mental prisoner by aberrant perpetrators using the technologically-based mc (now referred to as synthetic telepathy in some circles) in 1973, when I was only 23 years old and had the whole of life ahead of me. In 1974 I started writing and otherwise contacting all kinds of government authorities and journalists about what was happening, hoping to alleviate my distress. Thousands of recipients were contacted. This was repeated year after year for quite a few years to come. All the while I could not escape the signal, and was stalked around the clock 24/7 every day since then. To this day (2012) I am being stalked by teams of anonymous persons who will not desist. There were rapes (with the directed beams), innumerable tortures, attempts to break me down by anonymous men stalking me and working around the clock. Back in the 70's and 80's I was using the U.S. government manual as a mailing list, trying to get help against these attacks, which amounted to involuntary servitude and human trafficking, waged for indefinite stretches of time. To this date the perpetrators have never spent a day in jail (to my knowledge). Instead they appear to have acquired additional collaborators. They have destroyed my life, my brother's life (They assaulted him before they transferred to me). They murdered Delores Hejazi in Parma, Ohio, as surely as anything, and I am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg regarding the number of reported victims. The news media continue to collaborate in a suppression of information. It is clear that any delusion of living in a so-called free society is just that--a delusion and a lie. 

In June of last year again in desperation I asked for help from the FBI through their online website, giving them one last benefit of the doubt. Instead of receiving help, torture intensified. Some parties started constantly choking me with the radiation, wafting horrible mental states at me, telling me on a constant basis that my only option was to commit suicide. This on the 39th year of victimization. The perps have long distance telemetry and I cannot escape, also having been reduced to poverty, which hinders relocation. The perps are well organized gangs of armed thugs. They coordinated with others in New York and throughout Ohio. I have personal evidence they were able to reach the state of California.

I don't think the prisoners in Nazi Germany suffered more than I did. World War II only lasted four years. This is genocide. This is fascism. What is the excuse for failure to shut down this operation involving holding prisoners in involuntary servitude with the mind control for a full 39 years? The authorities have no trouble locating Bin Laden in Pakistan, but they claim they are helpless against a slavery ring in Cleveland, Ohio, operating on their own soil, which steals and destroys the lives of innocent people.

I was forced to forgo family, occupation, life itself, which was reduced to rubble for a period of 39 years. The perps are free to operate unto this very day. All of this out of greed for technology and desire to dominate and exploit or enslave the rest of mankind with this technology. They appear from some indicators to have cooperation from the very highest levels of the U.S. government. I cannot ascertain the true nature or breakdown of who is behind the atrocities because of the secrecy which is maintained. Neither can the people undertake any intelligent action against their potential domination because of their ignorance of the facts, as I am sure they would defend themselves more aggressively if these facts were known. 

The perps have violated multiple provisions set forth in the U.S. Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution on a constant basis, as well as stipulations of human rights set forth by many international conventions, such as UN human rights declarations.

The right of persons to be secure in their homes, persons, and personal effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, as set forth by the fourth amendment.

The right to not be deprived of life and liberty without due process of law, as stipulated by the fifth amendment.

The right against cruel and unusual punishments (eighth amendment).

The right to freedom of speech, and the freedom of thought which is also implied by this (first amendment).

The right to not be subjected to involuntary servitude as guaranteed by the thirteenth amendment, and supposedly outlawed in the last century after the U.S. civil war by the administration of Abraham Lincoln. These programs are a form of human trafficking such as the world has never before seen. Someone (I forgot who) coined the apt description of the condition induced as a virtual concentration camp.

No "research" program lasts this long. This is more of a relentless elimination of opposition program, a program of genocide.

There are protected academics in this Cleveland, Ohio, area involved in the usage and development of this technology who have never been held to any kind of account or ever been sanctioned by any restraint at all after having committed horrible, unspeakable crimes against innocent people. Instead they are getting rich off of profits, probably well connected to the local bloated medical establishment.

The investigation of MKULTRA by the Congress of the United States was nothing but boilerplate, and concealed the depth, nature, and continuation of crimes. It was an ultimately failed attempt to restore democracy to the United States. 

The clear solution to this problem is the unilateral ban on usage of these weapons in any context, rigorously enforced, except (perhaps) for well selected special forces entrusted with their detection. In the long run, these weapons cannot be categorized as non-lethal, for they are very lethal to the fundamental fabric of a free society. In the long run, they kill on a more delayed basis, and in this respect are crueler than conventional weaponry. As I once wrote in another context:
So-called non-lethal weapons are often represented as relatively harmless, but when used to stalk targets very incessantly they can often do as much if not more damage than conventional weapons. How essential to normal life is an active autonomous mind or a body free of physical torture? What if you were deprived of either of these indefinitely by a persistent enemy?...

How many times have I viewed regretfully this Norman Rockwell picture [above, poster created in response to World War II], which once seemed an attainable dream of the safety of people in their beds at night in a peaceful society, only to have to reflect that it is no longer attainable by me to have anything resembling that peace and security, as long as these renegade social forces are not disarmed and put under control. Instead there is the horror of the daily physical and mental assault and invasion of privacy.

This is a compendium of a lot of what is publicly known (not a whole lot) plus much that is rumored, some of which is derived from personal accounts of targeted individuals. Which possibly allows some inaccuracies to creep in. But has a lot of leads to further information. The author, Marshall Gregory Thomas, also produced DVD's available at Amazon.com, under the same title. He has some interesting videos at YouTube as well.

Marshall is a man who tells it like it is with no holds barred and without reservation. I strongly urge reading his book to understand the full extent of the danger to mankind and to democracy of these mind control programs. It also describes how the public is often duped by secrecy into believing that military interventions are tamer than what they are in actuality. 

Gary Webb and the Fate of Dissent

Gary Webb, the former San Jose Mercury News reporter who unveiled the dark alliance between shadow forces with government connections and the drug business, supposedly committed suicide in 1994. I say supposedly because he is alleged to have fired two gun shots into his own cranium, and it kind of stretches credibility to believe he had the presence of mind to fire a second one. He had been gradually edged out of the news profession after his paper withdrew its support--a reporter who had won the Pulitzer prize for previous journalistic work.

Some of the suicides of whistleblowers are actually engineered from behind the scenes using the incredible capabilities of the synthetic telepathy, as it is now sometimes called, by making the lives of the targets quite miserable with relentless stalking combined with all kinds of torture-harassment, which even includes maneuvering the behaviors of key persons in that target's environment to be detrimental to him/her. The stalkers seem to have virtually no opposition from those entrusted with law enforcement however much the victim may complain. In my case I have complained through all kinds of channels for actual decades, to no seeming avail. Lately my perps have alternated between choking my adenoids till I can't breath through inducing tissue swelling, and wafting mental states at me from seemingly spiritually and emotionally broken down sources as means of disablement, for instance. The victim who is not even aware of their capabilities, who is not aware of being acted upon, and hence mistakes these states for his own, is even more vulnerable to collapse, because he is more fatalistic about their origin and any prospect of relief or cure. Of course this (induced suicide) is a favorite method of elimination of dissent because of its plausible deniability. A striking number of prominent dissidents in the last few decades have taken their own lives or have otherwise disappeared prematurely. Abbie Hoffman, for example, who in public lectures actually discussed CIA assassinations disguised as suicides, then ultimately proceeded to take his own life. Some targets could fall victim to other means of remote influence with the technology, such as inducement of heart attack, stroke, or cancer (as radiation is carcinogenic), all of which can be attributed to natural causes. With this neutralization of dissent free criticism of social injustice becomes ever more scarce, and the public becomes more like a homogeneous mesmerized flock without leadership for constructive change.

There is another even more sinister chapter in history which needs to be unveiled--the connection between mind control and forms of human trafficking which included organized prostitution rings and sex slavery. This connection is so egregious that I cannot let it rest, because of the human misery it must have wrought, and might still be causing, since no crack down on these activities ever really occur because of public ignorance. This is another area of typical organized crime involvement which seems to have had sanction by users of this technology. Regular slavery is bad enough, but compounded by the use of MC technology it is horrendous.

The truth was that, in all those years, I hadn't written anything important enough to suppress....”

Although it is kind of rambling and could be fraught with myriad innaccuracies, what is laid down is more or less a faithful representation of the changes that have covertly taken place in American society (and perhaps elsewhere in the world) due to incredible advances in high technology. The public is never told about these. They are controlled like proverbial sheep by the mass media, in whom they place implicit trust because of their misconception that free speech is (overtly) protected by the legal system, when in fact biological control technology is covertly undermining the autonomy of the individual and the mechanisms of free speech and free will, to the point at which free speech and free thought are in grave jeopardy. Of these developments the average citizen has no clue because he is never told. The probable justification for keeping the development under wraps is that said technology is maximally dangerous in enemy hands, which might be granted as true. What goes unsaid is that it is also maximally dangerous in the hands of domestic forces which have been entrusted with the public good, but which in fact are currently riddled with awful corruption and even perversion. This perversion of the public welfare is horrendous and unconscionable and is protected by secrecy.

People typically find out about the technology only when they have become a target for elimination, due to ruffling the feathers of the cryptocracy through some type of (often innocent) nonconformity. They may even misinterpret what they are experiencing to the point where they are still actually clueless about what is happening to them, attributing it (as that website implies) to paranormal events or some type of magical phenemena rooted in peasant superstition. Secrecy is therefore dangerous and contributes to the defacto abolition of free society as we used to know it before the technological revolution which has occurred. Because there are no restraints at all being placed on the perpetrators by a public which is kept everlastingly in the dark. There is terrible corruption on the part of that secret cryptocracy, who acquire unbridled powers of life and death over the citizenry. As we all know, power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. So what we end up with is a virtual dictatorship similar to that which existed in the old U.S.S.R., with psychiatry being used as an effective tool for the elimination of dissent, nonconformity, and anyone who in the least offends the power structure and its secret agenda. However positive that agenda might seem on the surface, the judgements of the secret planners are not a desirable substitute for an open democracy predicated on the welfare of the people. And we should not allow a secret cryptocracy to exert powers of life and death over an unwitting public. That is tyranny.

Personal thoughts:
Yesterday was election day. At least the president elect is of such an age and state of health that he can sustain emc attacks without stroke. Will it be a brand new day, or business as usual? The question must be proferred with some sense of irony, considering the number of changings of the guard which have occurred in the 35-year duration of the problem (of illicit mind control).

I found a strangely apropos quote in the book Operation Mind Control (c. 1978) by the recently deceased author Walter Bowart:

There is no one who dispenses freedom, but there are
many who would take it away. Freedom is not free; it must
be won. The individual must stand with others against even
the smallest tyranny. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
Former CIA official Victor Marchetti put it plainly
when he told Freedom News Service what he thought
ought to be done.
When pressed for concrete examples of what a citizen
can do to curb secrecy, dismantle the cryptocracy, and return
democracy to the people, he said, "You know, you
just can't beat it. The only way you're going to clean up
some of these outfits would be if a President came in there
and said, 'Well, I'm just not going to tolerate some of this
stuff.' And even then it would be difficult for the President
because this bureaucracy is so entrenched and so fortified
that it has connections all over in our society.
"The CIA and the FBI do not completely control the
office of the President obviously, but they have an awful lot
of influence in that office. Their influence derives from
their capabilities and the fact that they operate in secrecy
. . . They are not really concerned with the public interest.

I was aware of this book quite a few years ago in the early stages of my dilemma. Its presentations were better than nothing. The only criticism I have is that the main forms of mind control which interest me, which involve directed energy, radiation, and possibly satellite transmissions (or other types of long-distance signal relay), were but a footnote to other CIA ventures described in the book, such as control through drugs. The focus was wrong and obscured primary threats.

Physical copies of this book are becoming harder and harder to come by. There are reports of government agencies having bought up many of these copies in order to suppress information, hence driving up the price of obtaining extant copies.
