Both help explain the magnitude of the problem we are concerned with.
The first giving the incredible background of Dr. Horton, lest some would like to dismiss her as a crank. We are privileged to have such a gifted individual to support us TI's in our claims.

Being a victim, an insider, myself, I can confirm that these allegations are truthful of course. I am toying with the idea of putting up pages of personal journals and newsclipping files I have kept over the years. The phenomenon for me started in 1973--much earlier than most victims suspect these crimes to have commenced. I wish to add my testimony, having been long suffering and terribly isolated in the beginning, when there was no Internet to connect us victims. Nothing resembling any community, just the defenseless individual against the irresistible, ominous, horrifying threat.

Targeted Individual Day

August 29, 2018 is the first international Targeted Individual Day.
I've been Googling it for a few days and notice that most of the sites supposed to be announcing events are down. For instance, targetedindividualday.weebly.com is down, as well as its redirection link. Since it is a free website, I wonder what could cause this (not financing). I finally found a replacement page at https://ti-day.weebly.com/  This type of disorganization discourages success.

It was kind of buried at the bottom (not very prominent). Several commenters on that page noted
that the original website was down and they could not obtain information.


Living in Ohio, I thought the five hour drive to Chicago might be prohibitive for me, considering all circumstances. I am scheduled to work a job that night also. I didn't know about the one in Columbus until it was too late. If there were anything more local, I would surely go. Godspeed to those of you who are able to make it. Many TI's have unusual problems just grappling with survival and may be excused, but we must all do what we can.

My personal observation is that all this disruption of calls on multiple unrelated conference sites certainly does not bode well for organization of the upcoming TI day on August 29. I wonder how much of  it is due to outside hacking and claimed ineptitude of dealing with new formats, and how much is due to presence of moles within our organizations performing deliberate sabotage. Sorry I have become suspicious of possible wolves in sheep's clothing.

Resurrecting History

I found a listing of early articles in the New York Times exposing brain control atrocities at the website of  ICAACT (http://www.icaact.org  - International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies).  It is available for download as PDF at http://www.icaact.org/articles-robert-naeslund-mind-control-articles-new-york-times.html#.W0ufedVKiUk. In those days there was some attempt to respond to claims of wrongdoings. There was an ensuing Congressional investigation in the 1970's exposing the existence of MKULTRA. After that nothing very constructive was really done (nothing that the public would have consented to, at least), and everything gradually went underground again.
Edward Kennedy, who presided over Senate hearings, eventually passed away from brain cancer (coincidence?).

The ICAACT website has become somewhat inactive in recent years but is still up there. Its Facebook page is slightly more active. Melanie Vritschan in Belgium, one of the founders of ICAACT, recently made news within the TI community when her newborn baby was kidnapped and withheld from her by Erasme Hospital in Belgium, among other distractions. Melanie has since ICAACT become involved in yet another activist organization, ICATOR, which stands for “International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and Robotization of Living Beings”.

It seems that a limited group of people decided in secret that denial of existence of the technology was the only solution. This might be alright on a rational level were it not for the fact that abuses continue to be widespread, with no redress of grievances for the victims, who face fates like total dissolution of their personal lives, painful torture, and even death. The technology is not being kept on a safe shelf, it is being deployed with many nasty consequences. As you can surmise from the second video, it would not be that easy to put the genie back into the bottle. We must find a method of dealing with this technology through public discourse. We can admit that the technology exists, then decide to oversee and control it, as we did with the atomic bomb, which is not being constantly dropped just because it is known about.

Admittedly, Katherine Horton overdoes usage of the name "Crown Corporation." The actual entity (or entities) responsible probably have other names. However, they give insight into the modus operandi of the anonymous criminal network, and those of us inside the matrix through no fault of our own feel like we are watching the evolution of another Nazi Germany. We are living in constant terror under continual assault, from which we find no escape. What leads us to hypothesize collusion of intelligence agencies in these deeds is failure to address these activities over several decades, during which they have not only continued unabated, but have intensified, despite innumerable entreaties for help by victims.

I have uncovered one influential Crown Corporation, Crown Castle, which bills itself accurately as "the largest provider of shared communications infrastructure in the US ." (http://www.crowncastle.com/wireless-carriers/towers.aspx) 
It is the largest provider of cell phone towers in the United States, owning more than AT&T. According to a speaker in one recent TI conference call, Midge Mathis' ex-husband was a billionaire major executive in this corporation. She was a targeted individual who experienced microwave assaults and subsequently became an activist in TI groups. I am not presenting any correlation as proof of involvement, I am just putting forth the empirical evidence. I really have to get clarified what corporation Katherine is talking about.

A Story for the Fourth of July

Even I rebound in skepticism part of the time. How could a government be so disloyal to its citizens and to its stellar history as a constitutional republic?  It must be only rogue elements and professional crime syndicates who commit these dirty deeds, outlined herein--I sometimes convince myself. They also say that the proof is in the pudding, and I look back on nearly 45 years (not months, not days--years!) of continuous, unending torture since 1973, which has not breaked for even a day in this duration, despite my unending pleas for help from police forces, from FBI, from Homeland Security, from literally the whole officials list in the government manual. I left a tip at Homeland Security's tipline only a couple of months ago, when the torture had gotten very severe, and I lapsed into thinking maybe there was someone human out there. At one time I used Working Press of  the Nation as a mailing list. That was when I began to learn that there was indeed such a thing as fake news. Today, if you call  the local police department and explain to them how you are being tortured, they will refer you to the local hospital and quickly get you on your psychotropic meds. You are discredited by lying psychiatrists who are in collusion, becoming a person not to be believed, a persona non grata.

You visualize police swat teams busting in on these illegal crime rings, armies wielding psychotronic directed energy weapons (DEW's, as they are now acronymed) against the law abiding people of the United States, but it never happens (or at least it is never reported or viewed within your range of sight), and their activity never ceases.

How far can the deep state sink?, you ask.

One of the lowest ebbs it ever sank to, is typified by the story unleashed by journalist Gary Webb in 1996, a series of three articles under the banner "Dark Alliance" in the San Jose Mercury News. It outlines how the CIA helped pave the drug corridor between Central America, South America, and the United States, which has spawned violence contributing to the influx of refugees which Trump is still trying to shut down, as well as the rise of some of the most vicious criminal enterprises known to exist. In other words, the repercussions go on and on.

The fake news press reported that depression drove Gary Webb to suicide in 2004 after an engineered crumbling of his journalistic career. A former Pulitzer Prize winning journalist. But we now know what other tools are available to deal with any kind of opposition to the establishment. The torture weapons were indeed available in 2004.

Dr. Katherine Horton is an Oxford educated physicist and is a targeted individual who is an activist in exposing the global domination plan. From where I stand, much of the information on her page is very plausible, except for perhaps a few misconceptions, which may be forgiven.  For example, comments on water fluoridation, which I have always thought to be a legitimate health measure based on some personal experiences.

Perpetrators are very aggressive in their persecution of whistleblowers, and they look like they are playing for keeps, wiping out the intelligent base for any opposition. We do well to heed these significant warnings. They are not exaggerations, in my view.  I am writing this while being assaulted by a very horrendous physical attack. Perpetrators are in the process of wiping out opposition capable of any intelligent counter-response.

It is truly pathetic that apparently our main defense against literal global domination by Nazi-like terrorists is a handful of dedicated women victimized by perpetrators who were sexual psychopaths. They are a handful among the thousands of murder victims still standing, so powerful is the subjugation with directed energy weapons.  Come on people, I implore you to wake up before these violations (totalitarianism) get any worse! Victims have been pleading for many years (decades now, in fact). How can the public be awakened to the (very real) threat when the news media are so easily controlled (as well as our other defense forces)?
